The cost for the 30 hour driver’s education course is $250.
Please complete the online form and submit payment through PAYPAL at the end of this page or you have the option to mail form with full payment to:

Payment must be made before you are considered registered. No refund shall be given once payment is submitted.
Before registering, please read the Rules and Expectations before proceeding to ensure an understanding of the program. If you agree, please complete the form. Once that is done, return to the registration form and proceed. Mahalo.
